4. AI Moderation & Third‑Party Services

For AI-powered moderation, we may process user-generated content through external providers such as OpenAI. This processing is strictly limited to moderation purposes and is not used to train external models.

We also use Supabase to store content, logs, and authentication data. All data is stored in European regions unless otherwise specified.

5. Data Retention

Comments and metadata are stored for the lifetime of the project unless deleted by the customer. Moderation logs may be automatically deleted after a retention period for operational efficiency.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or export your data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at: contact@goodvibeslab.cloud.

7. Data Protection & Security

We implement strong security standards, including encryption at rest and in transit, strict RLS policies, and service-level access isolation. While no service can be 100% secure, we continuously improve protections for all users.

8. International Transfers

Some third‑party sub‑processors (e.g., OpenAI) may process data outside the EU. We ensure all transfers comply with GDPR using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
