You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you register an account on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or credentials.
The Service provides hosted infrastructure for comments and related features, including but not limited to: comment threads, user reports, moderation tools, AI-assisted moderation, dashboards, APIs, SDKs, and integrations for mobile and web applications.
We may update, modify, or improve the Service from time to time. Some new features may be offered as part of paid plans only.

You must not use the Service to store, process, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

The Service is offered under different plans (including Free, Starter, Pro, and any other tiers we may introduce). Each plan has specific limits and features, as described on our pricing page.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly, as applicable) and will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (e.g. Stripe).
Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing or plan structure, but any changes will apply prospectively, and we will inform you in advance where required.
Each plan may include usage limits such as maximum monthly comments, API calls, storage, or moderation volume. If you exceed your plan's limits, we may throttle requests, disable certain features, or require you to upgrade to a higher plan.
We may apply fair use policies to prevent abuse and to ensure a reliable service for all customers.
The Service includes moderation features, which may involve automated systems, AI models, and manual review. While we provide tools to help you manage abusive or inappropriate content, you remain ultimately responsible for the content displayed in your applications.
AI moderation is probabilistic by nature and may produce false positives or false negatives. We make no guarantee that all harmful or illegal content will be detected or removed.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as set out in the Privacy Policy.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, designs, and intellectual property. You retain all rights in your own applications and your end-users' content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service, including AI-powered moderation and logging.
We aim to provide a high level of availability and responsiveness, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may offer different levels of support depending on the selected plan.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard or billing portal. Upon termination, your access to the Service may be disabled, and we may delete or anonymize stored data after a reasonable retention period, unless otherwise required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodVibesLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
